Our travel inquiry form collects your name, work email, company or organization, travel type, and any group size, travel window, approximate budget, or notes you choose to provide. Your consent and the submission date are recorded with your inquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to review your travel needs and contact you about your request. Submitting an inquiry does not book travel or commit you to a purchase. Do not include passport numbers, payment card data, health information, or other sensitive personal details.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in this website’s protected Lovable Cloud database. They are not publicly accessible. The form does not currently transfer inquiries to the private K&L Travel Hub. The website does not add your inquiry to a marketing mailing list.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or to withdraw consent to further contact, email ljeeter15@outlook.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person who submitted the inquiry.
